Wintersett + Ringing 05.11.2023

26 birds were ringed at Anglers CP:  

Highlights of  Redwing 10,   Blackcap 1 female,  Reed Bunting 1,  Lesser Redpoll 10, and a large Common Redpoll with a wing of 80mm, weight of 13.1g.

Little Grebe 3.  Snipe 9.

- Going east:

Pink-footed Goose 80 + 50 + 65

Wintersett Res:

The Red throated Diver and the male Common Scoter still present on Wintersett Res.

28 Whooper Swans flew over Wintersett Res. at 12.15hrs. 

11 Whoopers left and 17 flew in to Anglers CP.
