Ferrymoor
A pair of Great Crested Grebes have 2 well grown young. There was a good showing of Marsh Woundwort flowering on the dikeside (CG).

7 Pied Wagtails.
Numbers of small butterflies are pathetically low. However, 1 Small Heath, 2 Brown Argus and 2 Common Blue was better than nothing. Also 15 Peacock, 248 Meadow Brown, 134 Gatekeeper (Chris Parkin).
