c250 Pinkfeet went NW over Old Moor at 13:55. Redshank on Wader Scrape, Oystercatcher on Mere and drake Pintail still present, as was the tame Kingfisher. 5 Skylarks at back of Broomhill Flash and 6 Grey Partridges dashing about as if its spring.

Surely an indication of how far Broomhill Flash, this once fantastic nature reserve, has fallen into disrepair. This site should and could be covered in whooper swans, pinkfeet, white fronts with a few beans. Instead there are 5 skylark and 6 grey partridge. How sad.
