Carlton Marsh

Management near the Wader Scrape started today and will continue for around 1 week. A small area of Hawthorns are being coppiced to enhance the site for Willow Tits etc. This work will continue for several days. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Before the work started there were 145 Herring Gulls, c200 BH Gulls and c10 Common Gulls bathing. Nearby were 2 Siskins, 1 Redpoll and a Willow Tit.
