Wombwell Ings - Present were 12 Mute Swan, 3 Canada Geese, 49 Teal, 39 Shoveler, 27 Wigeon, 17 Mallard, 14 Gadwall, 1 Tufted Duck, 4 Little Grebe, 2 Cormorant, 1 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 150+ Lapwing, c40 Golden Plover, 12 Mistle Thrush and 3 Stonechat.
The Fleet - Viewable were 9 Mallard, 1 Cormorant, 2 Little Grebe, 1 Moorhen, 100+ Lapwing, 45 BH Gull and c40 Linnet.
Broomhill Flash - Noted were 2+3juv Mute Swan, 4 Canada Geese, 47 Gadwall, 33 Shoveler, 32 Tufted Duck, 27 Mallard, 15 Teal, 14 Little Grebe, 16 Cormorant, 3 Little Egret, 1 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 1 Sparrowhawk, 38 Coot, 160+ Lapwing, 15+ Snipe, 2 LBB Gull, 2 Common Gull, 3 House Martin and 200+ Redwing over west ( P. Kent early morning ).
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 2+3juv Mute Swan, 302 Canada Geese, 150 Greylag, 31 Tufted Duck, 13 Mallard, 3 Gadwall, 1 Pochard, 4 Little Grebe, 3 Great Crested Grebe, 12 Cormorant, 2 Grey Heron and 194 Coot. Also present were 1 Bittern, 2 Kestrel, 1 Green Woodpecker, 1 Jay and 1 Grey Wagtail.
