Wintersett + Gull Roosts 20.11.16

3 - 5  degrees with 8/8 cloud and a cold westerly wind.
Wintersett Res: A Little Egret  flew into the NE corner.   Water Rail 1  north bank.  Yellow-legged Gull 1 adult at 11.00hrs.     Chiffchaff 3 - south east corner,  boat house and Willow Wood.  Cetti's Warbler 3m - west bank,  boathouse reeds and north west bank.   Lesser Redpoll  40.
Anglers CP: Fieldfare 90,   Wigeon 118,   Teal 51,  Shoveler 2 + 6 WRes.  and  Woodcock 1.
Gull Roosts, both waters were watched tonight and there were good numbers of birds for this time of year
Notables:  Yellow-legged Gull  1 ACP + 1 WRes.   The White Black-headed Gull  was on ACP.
