6 - 7 degrees with 8/8 cloud,  dull and damp with a cold south easterly breeze. 
Wintersett Res: Goosander 17.  Shoveler 11.  A Water Rail was calling in the south east corner.  Cormorant 12.  Barnacle Goose 4.  Lesser Redpoll 1.

Of interest: The Ring-necked Duck is still present at Johnny Brown's Common, South Kirkby.
