We were busy on the Western Meadow cutting scrub around the big pond so not much time for birding. However we did see a Siskin flyover and 6 Grey Partridge were skulking in the Northern Meadow. The drake Pochard was with 2 Tufted Duck.
This afternoon 2 Shoveler, 32 Mallard, 21 Teal, Water Rail and Coal Tit
Earlier c100 Pink Feet flew west over Lea Lane, Royston at 10.00hrs (Dave Smith).
