As we end the first week of November the 'summering' Whooper Swan is still on the scrape. 2 drake Shoveler were also present along with 10 Common Gulls, Grey Wagtail, 2 Goldcrests, single Redpoll, Siskin, 2 Linnets, 2 Greenfinches, Great Spot Woodpecker and 1 Meadow Pipit (L & A Corrall).
Mammals included a Fox and a Weasel (K. Bannister)
50 Pink Feet Geese heading NW from Storrs Mill bridge flew over Low Cudworth at 11.19hrs and turned west just missing the reserve (A. Vincent/R. Laverack).
