With reference to the large number of gulls roosting at Wintersett Reservoir. The Sheffield Bird Study Group website report c2500 Black-headed Gulls and c300 Herring Gulls roosting at
Broomhead Reservoir this evening and c1000 Black-headed Gulls roosting at
Langsett Reservoir.

I also see a lot of Gulls leaving Pugneys heading south on my way into work (at Grimethorpe).
