National WeBS count day so wildfowl was counted on all the areas close to Edderthorpe - highlights include;-
Edderthorpe Flash - Shelduck 5, Pintail 1, Gadwall 26, Wigeon 68, Teal 107, Pochard 17, Tufted 44, Oystercatcher 2, Golden Plover 90, Lapwing 145.
Houghton Wash - Actually some birds on here today (just) Mallard 2, Green Sand 1, Ringed Plover 2.
Ferrymoor and Cudworth Common - Pochard 9, Tufted 23, Wigeon 18, Gadwall 11, Little Grebe 2, Ringed Plover 10.
