13 degrees,  continuous rain all morning.  Dull and grey all afternoon.
Anglers CP:  A juvenile Red-necked Phalarope was in the SW corner at 13.00hrs. It was flying around and then dropping on various parts of the lake.  It was last seen at 13.35hrs when it flew along the western shore and landed on the water off the north bank.  It is presumed to have left from there as  searches in the area were fruitless and  there were no further sightings.
Also present: Water  Rail 1 and 1 adult Great Black-backed Gull.
Vis. Mig from the Main Hide: Turnstone 2 N at 09.00hrs,  Dunlin 1 S at 09.25hrs,  Swallow 7 S,  Snipe 2 N,  Swallow 12  and a Redwing flew over.
