A windy, cloudy but mild day. Great Crested Grebe 55, Goldeneye 48, Goosander 58. The Cettis Warbler is still in residence on the Top Res calling regular.
The evening gull roost split between the two lakes (they don't like the windy conditions on the Country Park lake) so we did likewise and counted both lakes;- excellent high totals again - GBBGull 751, LBBGull 4, Herring Gull 1490. Still no Arctic 'white-wingers' though.
