14°C start, dry but cold with 8/8 cloud and a moderate north westerly. Very quiet birdwise.
Anglers CP: Swift 1, Snipe 1, Grey Wagtail 1, Pochard 9 + 1 CHRes., Teal 3, Shoveler 3, Mallard Broods 1 large young + 1 small young. Buzzard 2 and the usual adult Yellow-legged Gull.
Botany Bay: Cetti's Warbler 1 calling on the north bank.
Wintersett Res: Common Tern 1 adult and 2 juveniles. Goldeneye 2 female + 1 female CHRes.. Yellow Wagtail 2 over and Goldfinch 35.
