The best birds today were; Little Egret, 57 Herring Gulls, 2 LBB Gulls, Kingfisher, Lapwing with 1 young, Water Rail (singing) Grey Wagtail, Cormorant SE, Swift 10, Buzzard 2, Cuckoo singing, Lesser Whitethroat, Whitethroat 11 singing males, 3 pairs of Coot with 2 +2+1 very small young, Moorhen with 4 eggs, Reed Warbler 8 singing males, Sedge Warbler 5 singing males (Dave Smith/Jim Plant/CG)
