Wombwell Ings - Highlight was an adult Little Ringed Plover with 3 young chicks on the Fleet (back field). Also present were 2 Mute Swan, 4 Canada Geese, 1 Greylag, 3 Shelduck, 11 Gadwall, 6 Tufted Duck, 3 Mallard, 2 Shoveler, 1 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 2 Cormorant, 1 Sparrowhawk, 8 Lapwing, 3 Avocet, 2 Ringed Plover, 1 Redshank, 35 BH Gull, 5+ Skylark and 4 Linnet.
Broomhill Flash - Noted were 2+3y Mute Swan, 21+8y Canada Geese, 2+2y Greylag, 42 Gadwall, 17 Tufted Duck, 9 Mallard, 2 Pochard, 3 Little Grebe, 2 Great Crested Grebe, 1 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 1 Buzzard, 3 Kestrel, 1 Barn Owl hunting over the tip, 28 Coot, 8+ Lapwing,and 2 LBB Gull.
TPT - Singing males 7 Whitethroat, 6 Chiffchaff, 4 Blackcap, 3 Willow Warbler, 1 Sedge Warbler and 1 Song Thrush.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 23+4y Mute Swan, 21 Greylag, 29 Gadwall, 18 Tufted Duck, 11m+3f Pochard, 6 Mallard, 4+3y Great Crested Grebe, 4+1y Little Egret, 4 Cormorant, 98+14y Coot and 2 LBB Gull. Also present were 2 Buzzard.
