Going south: Hobby 1. Mistle Thrush 4 + 1 SW.
Going south east: Meadow Pipit 721 (some south, but, unusually, most SE, some south or even east into wind, including flocks of 40 and 68!)
Going south west: Ringed Plover 2 (09.10 hrs + 09.16hrs). Snipe 4. Chaffinch 3. Reed Bunting 3.
Going east: Pink-footed Geese 35 east at 09.36hrs.
Anglers CP: 2 Black Terns were in early morning (later seen at Pugneys). Caspian Gull 1 adult on lake from 10.15hrs. Lapwing 560. Chiffchaff 13. Blackcap 1. Peregrine 1 - 'scope view on Wakefield Cathedral Spire!
Cold Hiendley Res: Whooper Swan 4.
