6/4/20 Wharncliffe Chase (south) + farmland/woodland fringe

A decent mornings walk around the southern end of the Chase earlier this morning:

RING OUZEL - male with winter thrushes
Fieldfare 100+, Redwing 60+, Green Woodpecker 1, Chiffchaff 3, Skylark 5+, Buzzard 4, Stock Dove 1, Cormorant 1 east, WILLOW WARBLER 1 singing in Wharncliffe Woods, Sparrowhawk 1 female, Song Thrush 3, SWALLOW 1, Yellowhammer 3 singing, Jay 3, Curlew 1, Linnet 2, RAVEN 1 carrying (what looked like) raw meat into woods
