The 'hepatic' Cuckoo was seen coming up from the scrape reed bed this morning by a visiting birder.
Also present 3 male Banded Demoiselle on the dike near the hide, 6 Speckled Wood and 4 Green Veined White butterflies (CG).
Our dedicated volunteers cut all the grass in the car park area.
