Todays sighting included Kingfisher, Grey Wagtail, 9 Tufted Duck, 2 Dabchick, Green Woodpecker, 1 Siskin, 1 Linnet, Kestrel pair displaying and 2 Peregrines on the Ardagh factory buildings (L & A Corrall/CG).
Later at dusk 2 Snipe came of the marsh to feed elsewhere and male and female Tawny Owls called. (D Standish)
A male Brimstone butterfly was enjoying the spring sunshine (Jim Clark/L & A Corrall).
Sadly a Willow Tit survey carried our by Jim Clark failed to find any at all!

Treecreeper 3, Buzzard, 3 singing Chiffchaffs, Great Spotted Woodpecker and Woodcock.
Butterflies on the wing 8 Brimstone males, 3 Peacock, 12 Small Tortoiseshell and 7 Comma. (C. Parkin)
