28/10/22 morning
Treecreeper, Green Woodpecker, 6 Fieldfare, 2 Cormorant. Also 2 Migrant Hawker, 4 Common Darter and a Speckled Wood butterfly (L & A. Corrall).
Afternoon
Cetti's Warbler, 2 Water Rail, 3 Buzzard included in immatures, 20 Starling, 6 Redwing and 16 Fieldfare came into roost (CG).
Belated reports of up to 2 Barn Owls hunting fields to the east of the reserve over the past two weeks at dusk (Gemma Shearing).
Littleworth Park - Monk Bretton
1 Painted Lady, 1 Small Copper and 1 Speckled wood enjoying the exceptionally warm weather.
