It's surprising why a small Flash or Lake can attract so many birds. 3 Little Egret, 2 Goldeneye, 2 Pintail, 264 Greylag Geese, 157 Lapwing, 146 Canada Geese, 10 Little Grebe, and numerous Shoveler and Gadwall, with smaller numbers of Pochard, wigeon and Tufted duck.
