Wombwell Ings - Present were 9 Mute Swan, 18 Canada Geese, 5+4y Greylag, 35 Gadwall, 32 Mallard, 8 Tufted Duck, 5 Teal, 5 Shoveler, 2 Grey Heron, 1 Litte Egret, 16 Coot, 2 Moorhen, 5 Lapwing, 1 Little Ringed Plover, 24 BH Gull, 3 Skylark, 2 Linnet, 2 Pied Wagtail and 25 + House Martin collecting mud from the water's edge for nest building.
Broomhill Flash - Noted were 2 Mute Swan, 45 Canada Geese, 4 Greylag, 19 Tufted Duck, 15+6y Mallard, 11 Gadwall, 2 Pochard, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 2 Little Grebe, 28 Coot, 3 Moorhen, 1 Oystercatcher, 1 Lapwing and c100 BH Gull.
TPT - Singing males 8 Willow Warbler, 7 Blackcap, 3 Chiffchaff, 2 Lesser Whitethroat and 2 Whitethroat.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 2+7y Mute Swan, 26 Tufted Duck, 7 Mallard, 4 Pochard, 4 Great Crested Grebe, 3 Little Grebe, 65+12y Coot and c150 BH Gull. Also present were 3 Canada Geese, 1 Greylag, 1 Grey Heron and 1 Lapwing.
