Not much change here except for a Green Woodpecker and a new brood of 7 Tufted Duck.
Butterflies toady included 52 Meadow Brown, 18 GV White, 9 Small Copper,17 Peacock, 3 Comma and 32 Gatekeeper.
Dragonflies on the wing Emperor, Four Spot Chaser, Brown Hawker (5) Common Darter and Emerald Damsel.
Shaded Broad Bar, Antler Moth and the micro Udea lutealis were in the meadows.

South Kirkby Reclamation17 species of butterfly included 6m Brimstone, 15 Brown Argus, 2 Small Copper, 78 Common Blue, 287 Gatekeeper, 1 Painted Lady and 5 Red Admiral. Moths disturbed were Latticed Heath and a Brimstone (Chris Parkin)
