Broomhill Flash - Noted were 2 Mute Swan, 3 Canada Geese, 26 Gadwall, 23 Mallard, 17 Tufted Duck, 13 Teal, 9 Shoveler, 2 Pochard, 1 Wigeon, 4 Cormorant, 1 Little Egret, 54 Coot, 9 Moorhen, 46 Lapwing, 2 Snipe, 1 Golden Plover, 117 BH Gull and 1 Common Gull.
Wombwell Ings - Present were 2a+2y Mute Swan, 97 Canada Geese, 1 Greylag, 93 Wigeon, 19 Mallard, 12 Tufted Duck, 11 Teal, 11 Gadwall, 5 Shoveler, 3 Red Legged Partridge, 2 Cormorant, 2 Grey Heron, 1 Little Egret, 6 Coot, 2 Moorhen, 1 Kestrel, 77 Lapwing, 5 Snipe, 55 BH Gull, 1 Common Gull, c40 Fieldfare, 6 Pied Wagtail and 2 Yellowhammer.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 4a+1y Mute Swan, 34 Tufted Duck, 26 Mallard, 22 Pochard, 18 Gadwall, 4 Little Grebe, 2 Great Crested Grebe, 104 Coot, 2 Moorhen, 78 BH Gull and 6 Common Gull. Also present were 3 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, 1 Kestrel, 150+ Lapwing, 1 Green Woodpecker, 20+ Redwing, 1 Song Thrush and 1 Grey Wagtail.
