Wombwell Ings - Present were 45 Canada Geese, 1 Shelduck, 119 Wigeon, 16 Shoveler, 16 Teal, 7 Mallard, 5 Gadwall, 2 Cormorant, 1 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 14 Grey Partridge, 35 Lapwing, 55 BH Gull, 2 Common Gull, 9 Skylark, 3 Redwing, 2 Mistle Thrush, 1 Song Thrush, 3 Pied Wagtail, 1 Grey Wagtail, 2 Bullfinch, 1 Redpoll and 7 Reed Bunting.
Broomhill Flash - Noted by J. Seeviour were 2+6y Mute Swan, c340 Canada Geese, 52 Greylag, 22 Teal, 21 Shoveler, 12 Tufted Duck, 6 Mallard, 6 Pochard, 5 Wigeon, 4 Gadwall, 1 Kestrel, 1 Barn Owl, 6 Cormorant, 4 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 7 Red Legged Partridge, 3 Snipe and 10 Redwing.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 3+4y Mute Swan, 12 Mallard, 4 Gadwall, 2 Tufted Duck, 2 Pochard, 2 Shoveler, 1 Teal, 4 Little Grebe, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 214 Coot, 1 Moorhen, 15 Common Gull and 9 BH Gull. Also present were 7 Cormorant, 2 Grey Heron, 1 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 1 Green Woodpecker, 2 Jay, 1 Grey Wagtail and 1 Song Thrush.
