Wombwell Ings - Present were 2 Mute Swan, 105 Canada Geese, 1 Greylag, 46 Teal, 37 Shoveler, 8 Mallard, 5 Wigeon, 1 Cormorant, 1 Kestrel, 232 Lapwing, 181 Golden Plover, 1 Snipe, 132 BH Gull, 2 Common Gull, 15+ Skylark, 2 Meadow Pipit, 60+ Linnet and 2 Reed Bunting.
Broomhill Park - Peter Kent had c50 Pink Footed Geese over east, 1 Peregrine, 1 Greater Spotted Woodpecker, 2650 Woodpigeon over south, 1 Chiffchaff and 1 Treecreeper.
Broomhill Flash - Noted were 2+3juv Mute Swan, 26 Tufted Duck, 14 Teal, 10 Shoveler, 7 Mallard, 2 Gadwall, 5 Little Grebe, 6 Cormorant, 2 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Kestrel, 3 Coot, 3 Moorhen, 13 Lapwing and 24 BH Gull.
Bolton Ings - Highlight was a Barn Owl hunting over the eastern end of the East Pool. On the open water were 2+2 juv Mute Swan, 51 Tufted Duck, 5 Pochard, 4 Gadwall, 3 Mallard, 3 Teal, 2 Wigeon, 1 female Goosander, 2+ 4juv Great Crested Grebe, 4 Little Grebe, 7 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, 274 Coot, 3 Moorhen, 4 Common Gull and 3 BH Gull. Also present were 1 Buzzard, 1 Bittern, 61 Lapwing, 2 Snipe, 1 Green Woodpecker and 2 Jay.
