40 Herring Gulls, Dabchick and Kingfisher were on the waders scrape this afternoon.
The Terrapin was in the main scrape along with Kingfisher, a pair of Dabchick and a male Broad-bodied Chaser.
Cudworth
A pair of Red-legged Partridges produced at least 8 young from a clutch of 14, 2 eggs were addled and 1 chick was dead. (Les Corrall's garden).
South Kirkby Reclamation
Butterflies included 3 Marbled White, 10 Ringlet, a female Brimstone ovipositing, 1 Painted Lady, 2 Red Admiral, 102 Meadow Brown, 12 Silver Y and a Mother Shipton Moth. (Chris Parkin)
