Carlton Marsh

Not much change 1 Green Sandpiper, 2 Little Egrets, 8 Teal, 12 Lapwings, 1 Swift, 6 Siskin south and Buzzard. (JP/K. Bannister)

Insects included 2 Gatekeeper, 1 Common Blue and 1 Southern Hawker.

Thanks to guidance from Oycera. I now beleive this to be Pimpla rufipes a species of Ichneumon wasp. It was found in Rod Heeley's home on Barnsley Road/Bow Street Cudworth today.
