3 Buzzards were in the air together this evening, a Dabchick chased off the male Garganey and an Oystercatcher flew NE (DS).
At mid-day insects included a male Banded Agrion, a Large Red Damselfly, 10 Four Spot Chaser, 1 Dingy Skipper, 2 Large Skipper, 20 Common Blue and the year's first Meadow Brown (3). Also 1 Cinnabar and 15 Burnet Companion moths (CG/R. Laverack).
