Bird & wildlife sightings from the Barnsley recording area.
Included in the wildfowl count were Water Rail singing, 4 Grey Herons, 3 broods of Gadwall and drake Garganey.
Also present Grey Wagtail, singing Goldcrest and Cetti's Warbler, a calling juvenile Buzzard and Cuckoo not calling (R. Laverack/CG).
