Wombwell Ings - Present were 7 Mute Swan, 131 Canada Geese, 35 Greylag, 1 Shelduck, 53 Wigeon, 36 Teal, 14 Mallard, 4 Gadwall, 2m+2f Goosander, 9 Coot, 1 Moorhen, 131 Golden Plover, 129 Lapwing, 58 BH Gull, 3 Common Gull, 1 LBB Gull, 2 Redwing, 1 Mistle Thrush, 2 Pied Wagtail, 2 Meadow Pipit and 1 Linnet.
Broomhill Flash - Noted were 27 Gadwall, 17 Wigeon, 14 Pochard, 11 Teal, 11 Shoveler, 9 Tufted Duck, 2 Mallard, 1m+1f Goldeneye, 2 Cormorant, 28 Coot, 2 Moorhen, 68 Lapwing, 14 BH Gull, 8 Common Gull, 3 Herring Gull and 1 LBB Gull. A Hawfinch was seen early morning.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 2 Mute Swan, 11 Tufted Duck, 8 Mallard, 8 Gadwall, 5 Pochard, 1m+1f Goldeneye, 1 Goosander, 1 Shoveler, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 8 BH Gull and 2 Common Gull. Also present were 5 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, 4 Bullfinch and 1 Marsh Tit.
