Wombwell Ings - Present were 218 Canada Geese, 6 Mallard, 2 Cormorant, 36 Little Egret, 9 Grey Heron, 2+2y Moorhen, 1 Kestrel, 35 Lapwing, 1 Green Sandpiper, c150 BH Gull, 1 Chiffchaff, 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 1 Yellowhammer and 3 Reed Bunting.
Broomhill Flash - Noted Were 2+4y Mute Swan, 116 Canada Geese, 1 Greylag, 46 Mallard, 34 Tufted Duck, 22 Gadwall, 11 Shoveler, 2 Pochard, 31 Little Grebe, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 4 Cormorant, 4 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 5 Red Legged Partridge, 1 Kestrel, 191 Coot, 8 Moorhen, 10+ Lapwing, 2 Snipe and 1 Common Sandpiper.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 2+2y Mute Swan, 71 Greylag, 36 Canada Geese, 15 Gadwall, 13+3y Tufted Duck, 9 Mallard, 6 Pochard, 9 Little Grebe, 3 Great Crested Grebe, 2 Cormorant, 3 Little Egret, 3 Grey Heron, 128 Coot, 2+2y Moorhen and 1 LBB Gull. Also present were 1 Marsh Harrier, 1 Lapwing, 1 Common Tern, 1 Green Woodpecker, 1 Grey Wagtail and 1 Whitethroat.
