Wednesday at Wintersett was a bit of a novelty, with birds moving today!
Anglers CP + VisMig:
Hobby 3. Marsh Harrier 1 west, Golden Plover 1 over.
12 Buzzards were in the area.
Going south:
Red Kite 2, Tree Pipit 2, Meadow Pipit 210, Swallow 109, Teal 23. Sand Martin 1.
Going north west:
Ringed Plover 2.
Wintersett Res:
Shoveler 104. Little Grebe 19 + 5 Anglers CP.
21 Birds were ringed this morning.
Highlights were - 8 Chiffchaff, 1 Goldcrest and 4 Blackcap.
