The Black-necked Grebe along with a drake and redhead Smew was showing very well on Wintersett res . The Bittern was seen briefley in flight over the boathouse reedbed midday and also seen tonight roosting in the same location. Other birds included 12 Goosander, 49 Goldeneye and Water Rail.
American Wigeon and Greenland Whitefront still on Anglers along with 30 Goosander. High counts of 570 Wigeon and 230 Gadwall were also obtained.
