Bolton Ings - 18th November

Yet another glorious Sunday morning, clear blue skies and flat calm. 1 degrees c at 8 oclock and a sharp frost but warmed up nicely to 10c by mid afternoon. Highlight today being 16 Whooper Swans which flew east at 09.35, looked like all adults. Fairly quiet apart from Whoopers, female Goldeneye still present and Gadwall up to 85 although the Pochard never came out of the reeds today.
