Broomhill Flash mid AM- On the open water were 2 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, 65+ Canada Geese, 24 Wigeon, 17 Mallard, 15 Tufted Duck, 13 Teal, 1m+1f Goldeneye, 2 Shoveler, 1 Gadwall and 1 Common Gull. Also present were 150+ BH Gull(mainly in Clegg's Meadow), 63 flyover Lapwing and 1 Greensand.
Bolton Ings late AM- On the open water were 1 Cormorant, 3 Grey Heron, 1Great Crested Grebe, 2 Little Grebe, 2 Mute Swan+1 juv, 50 Gadwall, 20 Mallard, 16 Shoveler, 16 Tufted Duck, 13 Pochard, 11 Teal, 7 Wigeon, 3f+1m Goldeneye and 57 Common Gull. Also present were 45 Canada Geese, 60+ Lapwing, 1 Redshank, 1 Sparrowhawk and fly over flocks of 60+ Golden Plover and 7 Waxwing.
Early AM - A male Blackcap was in Chris Needham's back garden.
