Anglers CP: Water Rail 1, Snipe 6, Little Grebe 3, Cormorant 19, Pochard 113 + 11 CHRes + 6 WRes. 67 Greylag Goose and 141 Canada Goose were in the CP fields.
Haw Park Wood: Redwing 40, Buzzard 1 and Crossbill 22.
CHRes: Kingfisher 1.
Anglers CP Gull Roost tonight held: 2 adult Yellow-legged, 2 Lesser Black-backed, 466 Great Black-backed and 1400 Herring Gulls. Wintersett Roost wasn't checked.
Phenology: The first moth of the year, aptly named Early Moth, was seen. A Hazel tree on the golf course was full of catkins.
