Wombwell Ings mid AM- Present were 5 Mute Swan, 55 Canada Geese, 3 Shelduck, 140+ Wigeon, 10 Tufted Duck, 9 Mallard, 7 Teal, 4 Gadwall, 3 Shoveler, 3 Grey Heron, 15 Coot, 4 Moorhen, 6 Golden Plover, 32 Lapwing, 1 Redshank, 155 BH Gull, 6 Common Gull, 5 Skylark, 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 Mistle Thrush and 3 Reed Bunting. Late AM- 2 Redshank and 1 Little Egret were also seen.
Broomhill Flash late AM- Noted were 5 Mute Swan, 105 Canada Geese, 3 Greylag, 3 Shelduck, 63 Wigeon, 26 Tufted Duck, 15 Gadwall, 3 Teal, 3 Pochard, 3 Goldeneye, 1 Shoveler, 2 Red Legged Partridge, 5 Little Grebe, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 1 Cormorant, 21 Coot, 1 Moorhen, 200+ BH Gull and 2 LBB Gull.
Bolton Ings late AM/ early PM- On the open water were 3 Mute Swan, 35 Tufted Duck, 18 Pochard, 10 Shoveler, 9 Mallard, 4 Gadwall, 2 Goldeneye, 1 Teal, 5 Great Crested Grebe, 12 Little Grebe, 33 Coot, 1 Moorhen, 186+ BH Gull, 13 Common Gull and 2 LBB Gull. Also present were 11 Canada Geese, 2 Greylag, 2 Sparrowhawk, 1 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 1 yaffling Green Woodpecker and 1 Grey Wagtail.
