Broomhil Flash - A short late AM visit revealed 2a+5y Mute Swa, 26 Canada Geese, 102 Gadwall, 9 Tufted Duck, 8 Wigeon, 6 Teal, 5 Shoveler, 3 Mallard, 1 Grey Heron, 28 Coot, 62 BH Gull and 1 Common Gull.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 2 Mute Swan, 16 Pochard, 10 Tufted Duck, 7 Mallard, 1 female Goldeneye, 2 Grey Heron, 2 Cormorant, 2 Little Grebe, 2 Great Crested Grebe, 128 Coot, 5 Moorhen, 34 BH Gull, 7 Common Gull and 1 Herring Gull. Also present were 1 Green Sandpiper over, 1 Kingfisher, 1 Green Woodpecker, 2 Jay and 1 Bullfinch.
