Wombwell Ings - Present were 1 juv Mute Swan, 147 Canada Geese, 2 Shelduck, 99 Wigeon, 21 Teal, 17 Shoveler, 11 Mallard, 2 Gadwall, 2 Cormorant, 2 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 16 Grey Partridge, 55 Lapwing, 3 Ruff, 203 BH Gull, 1 Common Gull,1 Sparrowhawk, 9 Skylark, 4 Redwing, 2 Meadow Pipit, 1 Bullfinch, 9 Linnet and 3 Reed Bunting.
Broomhill Flash - Noted were 2+6y Mute Swan, c350 Canada Geese, 16 Greylag, 32 Shoveler, 23 Teal, 15 Tufted Duck, 9 Pochard, 8 Gadwall, 6 Wigeon, 4 Mallard, 2 Little Grebe, 12 Cormorant, 1 Little Egret, 8 Coot, 6 Moorhen, 1 Buzzard, 2 Sparrowhawk, 1 Kestrel, 150+ Golden Plover, 14 Lapwing, 6+ Snipe, 4 Ruff, 48 BH Gull, 1 Common Gull, 1 Red Legged Partridge and 1 Kingfisher.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 2+2y Mute Swan, 58 Tufted Duck, 9 Pochard, 7 Mallard, 4 Shoveler, 4 Gadwall, 1 Teal, 7 Little Grebe, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 157 Coot, 3 Moorhen, 45 BH Gull and 10 Common Gull. Also present were 4 Cormorant, 4 Grey Heron, 1 Kestrel, 1 Green Woodpecker, 1 Kingfisher, 3 Jay and 4 Bullfinch.
