On the wader scrape this morning Little Egret, 14 LBB Gulls and a Common Sandpiper. Elsewhere Great Spot Woodpecker, a singing Grasshopper Warbler (Northern Meadow), Sparrowhawk and Juv. Buzzard.

Gatekeeper, Ringlet and 1 Purple Hairstreak.
A Little Owl has been reported from the the old Carlton Pit site on a building there and has been there for several weeks. (Steve Bettell)

Moths last night in Dave Smith's trap included Nutmeg, Plain Golden Y and a micro Oegeconia agg.

A Herald moth and yet another Small Ranunculus was trapped by Chris Parkin in his Cudworth garden last night.
