Bolton Ings - Sunday 13th July

Webs count day today, the highlights being 302 Coot and 116 Gadwall. A Little Egret flew west and 13 Oystercatchers flew in from the Golf Course. On the down side no Grey Herons, Cormorants or birds of prey seen today. Most of the warblers have stopped singing but I did hear Chiffchaff, Sedge Warbler and Reed Warbler and saw a family party of Whitethroats.
