Carlton Marsh

The recently enlarged wader scrape is attracting quite a lot of large gulls mainly Herring Gull. This evening at 17.00hrs an adult Yellow Legged Gull stopped off briefly with a Lesser Black-backed Gull for a bath, before heading north (CG). My first thought was Psycho and his mate. Looking at Angie's blog I see that Psycho turned up at Walton later.
A Great Blacked Gull flew north around 17.25hrs (Dave Smith/Geoff Miller).

Good record of the YLG Cliff. The first spring occurrence here?
