A still, cloudy but mild day gave up the following;- Shelduck 3, Shoveler 28, Gadwall 15, Wigeon 56, Teal 199, Tufted 18, Pochard 4, Pink-footed Goose 62 flew north-west at 10.45, Cormorant 10, Peregrine 1 flew over high up but still flushed all the waders, Water Rail 1, Lapwing 140, Golden Plover 50, Dunlin 6, Woodcock 1 flushed from the railway embankment.
Friday 15th November;- a Jack Snipe and 20 Common Snipe were flushed during grasscutting operations.
