45 Herring Gulls were on the wader scrape and the Pink Foot is still with the greylags and seems content. Grey Wagtails are feeding fledged young and a male Peregrine was nearby.
A Little Egret flew SE over the Newtown estate, Cudworth at 17.35hrs (D. Standish)

9 Green Hairstreak butterflies were on the wing along with c100 Common Heath Moths.
Thurlstone
7 Wall Brown were airborne and 3 Brown Hares were seen. (Chris Parkin)
