Mist started to lift late morning and the viewing improving as it went on but never perfect light and always hazy. Another good day with Osprey, cc Marsh Harrier, Merlin 2, probably more with 4 sightings which included a pair. C Buzzard 10+, Peregrine 1, Kestrel 5. Raven 5+ and probably into double figures. Ring Ouzel 2+ includes 1 singing on the cabin fence, 1 chipping Snipe, 2 calling Cuckoo, 3 Golden Plover. Total Meadow Pipits 40, 5 Swifts north and calling Siskin at entrance gate.
