Wintersett 06.05.18

16 - 21 degrees,  0/8 sunny and hot with a very light southerly.
Wintersett Res:  A Cuckoo called briefly on the east bank.  A Red Kite flew over Botany field at 11.30 hrs, then flew off east. 
Anglers CP:  Teal 1m.  Pochard 1m.  Cormorant 3.  Yellow Wagtail 1m + 1f.   The Oystercatchers nesting on the Sand Martin box have hatched.
Disposal Point: A Grasshopper Warbler was reeling near the railway bridge per @jonnybirder
Lepidoptera: 8 species of butterfly were seen today.  Brimstone,  Green-veined White,  Holly Blue, Orange Tip Speckled Wood,  Small White,  Large White and Peacock.
