Scout Dike and Ingbirchworth

A couple of hour up here this morning. Not much fun in the howling wind, though! Of note: at Ingbirchworth were c.30 Swallows, single House Martin and 3rd or 4th year Herring Gull. At Scout Dike were two Willow Warblers, single Wheatear and 15 alba wags. The latter were in promising looking field at the SW end of the res. I thought I had a couple of whites but the conditions weren't conducive to careful observation, so I plan to take a look in the week when it calms down. Also male Goldeneye and Willow Warbler at Royd Moor.
Cheers
