When the thick early morning fog finally cleared the
4 Black-necked Grebes were still present on the Top Res for their third day. A Tree Pipit was grounded in the north-east corner and a early Garden Warbler was in the Clump. The Garden Warbler is ringed and presumably a local breeding bird. A Grasshopper Warbler sang in the Clump and 4 Yellow Wagtails were seen on the Country Park.
